As the post below states, war is a complete enemy of human rights. It destroys communities, societies and economies, and deeply scars later generations, sowing hatred and division. In the modern age, war represents a clear failure of politics and of multilateralism. And yet the response of the international political community ( as reflected by its public statements from the NATO Sunmit yesterday) seem unable to move beyond bellicose utterances and the promise of further massive funding for weapons of war! This “ failure of imagination” in terms of how best to avert further wars is very difficult to understand , particularly where the European Union is concerned. The EU is a successful, regional , 70 -year peace project which emerged from a continent ravaged by wars over the centuries. The leap of imagination for which the founders of the European Union were responsible was to conceive of a future where the economic and political fortunes of warring sovereign countries could be bound together in an integral way so that the probability of war occurring on the continent would become a very unlikely prospect. As an economically successful, well- run, peaceful and democratic regional polity, the EU represents the triumph of reason and imagination over the darker forces that plagued Europe in the past. Why has the EU not shown political leadership within the multilateral system where countries of the world meet to discuss common issues of concern? Why has it not proposed the launch of a Global Green New Deal?? This kind of innovative initiative - for which some regional precedent exists such as the Marshall Fund - could serve to more closely align the economic and development interests of countries everywhere at a critical moment in international relations! At a time when unprecedented international efforts are underway to encourage all countries to act to urgently decarbonize their economies and make them more climate resilient, surely this idea of launching a global Green New Deal initiative makes a lot of sense? The availability of new global funding for all countries of the world to decarbonise , climate- proof and develop their economies for the future could be made dependent on the absence of war and the cultivation of working relationships either other countries ( as has happened within the European Union where former warring enemies now sit side by side within common institutions to engage in policy and decision- making) As the world watches the ongoing slaughter taking place in Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan and many other countries around the world, is it not incumbent upon those of us who occupy the role of spectators to this human slaughter to urgently exercise our political imaginations? The timely launch of a Global Green New Deal could set humanity on a new and hopeful path towards a prosperous and peaceful future on a healthy planet. THE TOP MOST PRIORITY OF UN HAS TO BE WHAT IS STATED BELLOW After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are 1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith. 2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world. . Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted these countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, doing cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN. More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above.

FACTS of US VS. RUSSIA: 1. Persecution of political opponents: Biden and the Democrats persecuting their political opponent (TRUMP) vs. Putin persecuting his political opponents. 2. Treatment of whistleblowers and journalists: US and the collective West persecuting Julian Assange VS. Russia persecuting journalists. 3. Military interventions: US and NATO invading sovereign nations VS. Russia's war only against Ukraine, a US proxy. 4. Operation of political camps: US and Canada operating political camps (J6ERS, unvaccinated citizens) vs. China and North Korea political camps. 5. corrupted judicial systems: US and the collective West's political judicial system vs. Russia's judicial system.

My learned friend gave me wrong questions and I responded by re framing these questions: 1 When and how Iran politicize human rights issues. 2 When and how Iran used human rights issues as tools in broader political disputes or conflicts. 3 When and how Iran exaggerate or manipulate human rights abuses to delegitimize opponents, justify military interventions, or pressure governments into adopting specific policies or concessions. ' Because questions are indeed inverted, and should instead focus on how other entities, such as the USA and Western nations, politicize human rights issues or utilize them as tools in broader political disputes or conflicts. #debate
