And also educate society on Human Rights. They are universal and apply to everyone. They cannot be taken away. All human rights are interrelated and interdependent. How to educate? * Incorporating human rights education into school curricula and organisations. * Conduct community outreach programs to educate local populations. * Advocate for institutions to adopt human rights-based approaches in their operations. And above all, share stories of transformation and social impact achieved through the realization of human rights, as these stories inspire others to take action and help people to resonate with the issue.

Start within your organizations first and foremost. Start with training your international staff. Start with having accessibility to senior management positions for people of color from the Global South. Start by having fairer representation. Start by having code of conduct trainings for supervisors. Start by having fairer contracts for local staff who can benefit from existing frameworks for recourse and accountability, especially when they face racism and discrimination. You can also start by not victimizing people like me who speak up and self-advocate. You need to fix your house first before telling others how to build theirs. I am speaking from my personal experience.

We need to distance racism and religion from intolerance of torture, murder and mass slaughter. Inhumanity must be called out and opposed in the strongest possible terms. I will not be silenced by political correctness or social niceties. The regimes who profess to be “of faith “ frequently are found to be the perpetrators themselves. Their appeals of innocence and/or of being provoked into unspeakable acts of violence and oppression are a pathetic attempt to divert blame and responsibility onto another. We must continue to resist and refute such denials and hold them to account.

Racism, xenophobia, and intolerance are pervasive problems that require the collective effort of everyone to combat. By educating ourselves, speaking out, supporting affected communities, advocating for change, reflecting on our biases, fostering inclusivity, and participating in campaigns, we can make a difference. The fight against discrimination is ongoing, and it demands our continuous commitment and action. Together, we can build a world where diversity is celebrated, equality is upheld, and every individual is valued. The time to act is now. Join the movement and take a stand to #FightRacism.

Ironically, you promote this message, but in your agency for Migrations in Honduras, IOM, it's the opposite. It was my dream job, but they turned it into the worst nightmare, into hell. I was victim of sexual harassment, workplace harassment, and discrimination. I had to resign and lose my job, because people there didn't do anything to protect me, and protect the aggressor, who is still working in that organization, and you promote disguised and convenient messages just in benefit of yourselves.

In Leningrad's birth month of gold, Medvedev’s tale is oft told. With Ukraine in strife, He speaks sharp as a knife, In the shadows of power he's bold. In 291, the princes did feud, With power and land misconstrued. Now in twenty-twenty-four, Leaders struggle, as before, But with peace, we hope to conclude.

United Nations is among the most racist organizations on the planet. Several organizations that only attack Israel. The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) ignored Yazidis until forced to acknowledge ISIS attacks on them. They ignore all the black people in Africa being slaughtered. United Nations has no moral position to fake that they care about racism or any real human issue. And they indoctrinate hatred of Jews and Israelis in UNRWA schools.
