I recently flew United and food was delicious on my flight as well as the care of everyone was first class! Get me and those close to me from point A to point B on Polaris or non-Polaris safely with a bottled water I’m happy! Thank you for great customer experience!

I wish United would get some decent meals on their planes. Last year coming back from Hawaii we had frozen dinners. Really! Those meals are bad enough without them being ice blocks. Ugh!

3wPolaris lounges are amazing, but can get harried/packed if a lot of international widebodies are leaving at the same time. I think it is time to retire the fanny packs. The previous Away hard cases were much more desirable. So many of these get left behind on the plane because nobody wants to wear a fanny pack (sorry those trying to bring them back in style).
