LAUNCH - DIVERSITY & INCLUSION BENCHMARKS We are delighted to launch Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) benchmarks to the Irish market at a national and sector level. Check out great media coverage on RTE online where we share findings on the national picture of D&I in Ireland. Through our Investors in Diversity Programme, Ireland's premier D&I accreditation, we have gathered the most comprehensive and extensive data into D&I across workplaces in Ireland making our Benchmarks the most robust out there. Organisations can now compare their D&I performance at a national level, and against sectors including Public Sector, Professional Services, Construction and Engineering, Insurance and Finance. Our data provides a clear picture of the lived experiences of people in workplaces across Ireland. Being able to compare and chart progress at a national and sector level is a big enabler for employers seeking to build great workplace environments and retain talent. WPP agencies Axicom and GCI Health have been named the Best Consultancies to Work For in EMEA and the UK respectively, based on a survey of thousands of public relations agency employees across the region, conducted by Provoke Media over the past two months. Both firms will be presented with their trophies at our SABRE Awards ceremony, which takes place at The Troxy in London on April 17. I participated in a crucial meeting of the Generali European Workers Council in Athens this week, with the election of the new select committee and the signature of the new Joint Declaration on #Diversity, #Equity, and #Inclusion.  Also, it was an opportunity to share emotions for the farewell to EWC Secretary Carole Bourner, Deputy Secretary Wilfried Pecka, and the head of EWC Relations, Juan José Maíllo Villa.   Through these four years, the social #dialogue at the European and local levels has been vital to navigating the complex geopolitical and business challenges and the unprecedented context caused by the pandemic emergency and wars. This scenario also represented a true revolution in the way of working.     #DEI #EWC #Europe
