Employers piling more resources into employee benefits in attempt to stay ahead of competitors I think it's fair to say that the workplace and the job market are markedly different places to even 5 years ago, no doubt Covid played a huge part in accelerating that process! In this report from Zest, it is found that demands for flexible working is the main factor hindering recruitment efforts, closely followed by salary and better benefits packages.
