I'm not anti-immigration—I'm a creative problem solver. These points are for discussion, not arguments. The system is broken and won't be fixed by adding more pressure. Let's approach this collaboratively. 6-Month Action Plan Close Borders Temporarily: Limit access to existing legal routes for six months. Enforce immediate deportation via offshore facilities for illegal entries. Sunak promised this but hasn't delivered. Strengthen Patrols: Enhance RNLI patrols with the UK Navy. Redirect global exercises to the Channel. Enforce a return-to-launch-site or return-to-French-port policy for crossing attempts. A few enforcements should be effective. Reduce Waste: Streamline the Home Office by cutting waste and unnecessary bureaucracy. Strong leadership is essential. Points-Based System: Choose immigrants based on a points-based system while opening more legal routes. Expand Border Force: Increase teams to track and register misplaced immigrants. This is about knowing who they are, not deportation. Review After 6 Months: Assess the situation and adjust as needed. Let's work together for a fairer system. Oh and whilst i'm not a fan of the ECHR, this method prevents the need for it being consulted or used. Do I get the job? 😂

People Smuggling: This will be a really good example of whether by treating financial crime as a national security threat and or AKA throwing the kitchen sink at it, it makes a real difference. Clearly this has with terrorism but in comparison the lack of progress in tacking financial crime more broadly can be because it lacks the same level of national political will. There is a lot of rhetoric about going after the criminal gangs but these aren’t the only ones. So if this works because it’s a priority there is no excuse but to try it out elsewhere - more money, more resources, more use of intelligence, more domestic and international co operation - if it doesn’t then we may be back to the drawing board and have to rethink what is taken for granted.

Then my question to the government leaders today is simple…. Each organization listed in this picture are considered foreign terrorist entities by the secretary of state in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration nationalality Act ( INA ) How on earth and God did so many of them get granted citizenship in America?

This is extremely concerning. What the article does not detail is the nationality of the individual flagged. This is one more serious reason to be concerned about national security add stringent protocols to any immigration application, and err on the side of caution. At a speech on Friday in Dover – the home of Natalie Elphicke, who defected to Labour this week after criticising Tory failures on border security – the Labour leader will call the government’s plan “an insult to anyone’s intelligence” and say “the gangs that run this sick trade are not easily fooled”. Create a new post of border security commander to oversee the unit, working across Europe and with multiple agencies on enforcement and intelligence. Recruit hundreds of additional special investigators, intelligence agents and cross-border police officers. Expand stop and search powers for use against those suspected of people-smuggling. Use Serious Crime Prevention Orders, enforced on terrorists pre-conviction, to shut off the bank accounts and internet access of suspected smugglers. These individuals are being prepared to request asylum upon arrival. There are several critical questions and points of clarification needed regarding this situation: 1. Are these individuals directly approaching U.S. authorities to request asylum? 2. Are they attempting to evade U.S. authorities and only asking for asylum if caught? 3. If both methods are used, are the asylum requests from these two scenarios treated the same by U.S. authorities? A self-identified Chinese government agent is reportedly running an online network that assists illegal immigrants in entering the U.S. and evading border authorities. This network, known as the American Self-Guided Tour Channel, is a Chinese-language group on Telegram with over 8,000 members. Here you go folks. USCIS #uscis admits it diverts regular immigration processing resources to fake asylum and 3rd world parolees. Here's your answer to the outrageous processing delays to deal with the unprecedented millions' migrant surge through southern border. This is a White House Executive disaster that only it can rectify. "USCIS will dedicate additional personnel and implement improvements to decrease the median processing time for these applications from 90 days to 30 days. USCIS will also work to decrease median processing times for EAD applications associated with the Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan parole processes to 30 days." https://lnkd.in/e8afHeEf.

Whenever there was an issue of crime in an area someone would propose ‘form a squad’ here we go again… I would love to see the money being spent on Rwanda actually being used and spent in the UK but you do have to have a deterrent. Rwanda may be that deterrent we don’t know yet. Historically Starmer has not shown himself to care two hoots about immigration & this smacks of a policy on the hoof, so they can at least show they have given it a thought. Some questions: 1. Where are all these experienced staff & investigators coming from? 2. France /Italy/Germany would have to suddenly concentrate on illegal immigrants leaving the country rather than those coming in. 3. We know Nation States are involved in this to de-stabilise the West how will you deal with that? 4.
