By applying ethical practices to business our alumni are changing the world and making a measurable difference that has a long-lasting societal impact. These entrepreneurs are also best equipped to be high-impact changemakers that take up the challenge of attacking poverty and thereby enabling more meaningful employment opportunities within local communities. It’s not always so glamorous This archived 📸 was taken a few years ago while running a workshop/ Group Support session for Entrepreneurs. While wearing our Coaching & Business Academy’s uniform it reminded me about how passionately I was encouraging and affirming startups to believe in themselves and their place in the market. After all, it’s called the “Marketplace” right? Nothing too glamours about leading a class on knowing your Worth and the value you add to the economy. It’s service. Serving people who serve others through their organisations. What you do privately in service for others matters the most. Whether you are in: 🟩 Public Service 🟨 Civil Servant 🟪 Servant of God (minister/priest) 🟦 Service Provider (private sector) We all are in the “service business” - though the above are categorized differently in the economic system. 🔹Serve = KORA🔸 #MireilleKarera #Leadership #Serve #KoraCoaching #KoraCoaching

BOOKS TO EXPECT FROM KUNTO TALKS (PUBLISHING) IN 2024 (1) EXTRALEADERS Extra leaders are people who are becoming more to achieve more. There are many talented youths in Africa, but they hardly have access to the right mentoring that will help them establish flourishing companies. Many parents have retired from various government and private organizations. They hardly find the right way of living and many are frustrated. It is important to have a different way of thinking to overcome poverty. Something needs to be done to solve the problem. The people of Liro village must become more to achieve more. An old successful businessman was committed to empowering people with knowledge and resources to become entrepreneurs and achieve meaningful productivity. NO ONE IS USELESS. #leadership #entrepreneur #africa #youth #Productivity #personaldevelopmentcoach

Delighted to have delivered the introductory session of the #WYTECBlue Program on the fundamentals of entrepreneurial leadership for our cohort of + 50 entrepreneurs from #Canada, #CapeVerde, and #Ghana. Here are some key insights from my presentation: • Entrepreneurship starts with people, continues with people and ends with people ; • The substance of entrepreneurial leadership resides in the ability to master both your environment and your product / service / solution ; • Be an avid and obsessive learner ; • Learn and copy the best ; • Be a methodical dreamer, a methodical doer, a methodical disrupter. Don't just seek to win, seek a method of winning; • Embrace change, get comfortable with hostility, rejoice in rejections. It's the only way to next ; • Entrepreneurship is a journey of hungry optimism and persistent resilience. Stay hungry. Stay optimistic. Stay persistent. Stay resilient.
