NOTHING IS " IMPOSSIBLE" TO ACCOMPLISH ! Simply because, I can learn by listening and recalling whatever I hear, see and/or read IRRESPECTIVE of person, place, subject, trade or circumstances that I pass by or with!
The alternative development strategy of backward businesses to be leading and number one! It is possible and/or easier to accomplish and achieve your mission, visions, objectives and to reach the goal faster and even to be number one of your trade and businesses irrespective of sectors by opening subsidiary "by-pass and boost-up" firm/projects to be operated following the strategy of non-conventional, innovative and most effective development alternatives as of dam /sluice gates that are usually built not right on the river-main-stream but in the dry land away from the original flow of that river path and which afterward is/are connected with the main river; as also done in a by-pass cardiac surgery to keep blood circulations uninterrupted for sustainability of the heart and the person as well!!

Ladies and gentlemen, please read this short story.
An open letter to the public: Hello. My name is Prof. Aryeh Eldad from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. Years ago I founded the Skin Bank in Israel, which is the largest of its kind in the world. The skin bank contains skin for routine care as well as for times of war. The skin bank is located in the "Hadasa Ein Kerem" hospital in Jerusalem, where I was the director of the plastic surgery department. One day I was asked to send skin for a Muslim woman from Gaza, who was hospitalized in "Soroka", after her family members burned her. Such atrocities occur quite often in Muslim families, when it is suspected that the woman had an affair. We provided all the homograft (skin cells from the donors) needed for her treatment. She was successfully treated by my friend and colleague, Prof. Lior Rosenberg, and was released to her home in Gaza. She was invited for regular follow-up visits to the outpatient clinic in Be'er Sheva. One day she was caught at the border crossing wearing an explosive belt. Her mission was to blow herself up in the outpatient clinic of the hospital where her life was saved. After an inquiry it turned out that her family promised her that if she did this, they would forgive her. This is just one example of the war between the Jews and the Muslims in the Land of Israel. It is not a territorial dispute. This is a cultural conflict, or rather a war between civilization and barbarism. I never wrote a letter that I asked to spread further. This time I ask that you pass it on so that the world can understand what extreme Islam means and what awaits the world if it does not take care to stop it. Thanks for listening. Professor Aryeh Eldad Hadassa Ein Kerem Hospital, Jerusalem

Given the complexity and variability of keratoconus cases, a personalized treatment plan, guided by a thorough preoperative assessment, allows for better outcomes. Regular advancements in diagnostic technologies may contribute to refining Nomograms in the future, offering more precise and individualized approaches for CAIRS treatment. Always consult with your ophthalmologist to determine the most appropriate course of action based on your specific condition. By incorporating a response-based customization, the Istanbul Nomogram aims to optimize outcomes by adapting to the evolving conditions of the cornea during the course of CAIRS KERANATURAL treatment. This flexibility is crucial in addressing the variability in cone size, location, and other factors that influence the effectiveness of the intrastromal ring segments. İstanbul Nomogram is giving us very basic rules for CAIRS - Keranatural treatment this Nomogram includes tailoring according to response of the cornea.

Excerpt #42: Cervical Ripening The medicine Cytotec is used in two different ways in labor and delivery. It can be used for what is called cervical ripening, which prepares the cervix for labor and delivery. Or it can be used for induction of labor. If your doctor is going to use Cytotec in your delivery, you need to know which of the two ways your doctor is using the medication, so you know what to expect. There is an arbitrary distinction between cervical ripening and induction. I have always used Cytotec strictly for cervical ripening. The purpose of cervical ripening is to get the mother ready for labor. Any use of more than the small 25 mcg dose of Cytotec for cervical ripening becomes an induction. Be sure to discuss the difference between cervical ripening and induction with your doctor. https://lnkd.in/gMHgfg5Q #ruraldocalan
