Some companies ARE willing to gaslight and disregard their employees. Unfortunately, Havas (parent company of ANNEX88) is one of them. If you found me from my recent post about leaving my 9-5 to drive for Uber, I fully understand that may not be a comfortable move for individuals in a similar dilemma. However, consider how toxic the environment had to be to leave for something much less “stable?” If you’re following along for the journey, I want you to know I wrote a detailed letter to my previous employer to raise awareness of issues going on, to be a voice for the many this “pushing out of the workplace” is happening to, and to request severance as I was a victim of pay discrimination and I had to quit earlier than desired due to level of stress, abuse, and toxicity. Today, I was not only denied severance (fine), but I was gaslit and told the occurrences did not happen (definitely NOT fine). I’m a lot of things but I am not a liar, I am not someone who does things for clout. This is a serious matter and I know it’s happening in other places, and it must stop. People are having to deeply recover from workplace trauma. Please, bring humanity back to these workplaces. Please. 🙏🏾 #burnoutrecovery #workplaceabuse #constructivedischarge

I just experienced this. I didn't want to walk away but being bullied, harassed and threatened after spending $5-6k to move from Colorado to Texas to accept a position and then being treated poorly leading to a write-up I had no choice. Sending you love and support. ❤️🙏

I wish you the best moving forward and healing from this! Anne Marie may or may not still be on LinkedIn, but I used to see her posting tips for handling these situations. Maybe she can be helpful? https://www.theantihr-hrlady.com/

I’ve experienced this time and time again at most agencies and the lack of basic empathy, self awareness and equal treatment is so degrading and harmful to work in. Thank you for sharing your experience, I empathize with you immensely and sending you an abundance of support, wishing you healthy healing ❤️ my messages are always open if you need someone to talk to!

So, so, so proud of you for saying the hard things for your own humanity 🫶🏽 May this act as a reminder to anyone who receive it that we deserve better. Periodt. #IntentionalJustice

You are definitely not alone. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll get there. A lot of it is documentation. If you have it that’s a big win. If not it ends up your word against theirs, which is so sad since they are working for the same machine you were. A machine that doesn’t give a crap about people, you’re all replaceable. I never understood the loyalty people have to corporate. It doesn’t have loyalty to you.
