TL;DR - imagining yourself as a time traveler can help you with context and bring you peace. Like a lot of parents, I ride the struggle bus sometimes, especially when *everyone* is screaming. Finding inner peace in these situations is (insert Brené voice) hard y'all. My wife shared a powerful thought exercise with me last week: "Imagine that 40 years from now, time travel is invented, you get one more day, and this is the day you traveled back to. What would your future self do in this moment?" It's certainly helped me get more centered, keep my cool, and allowed me to embrace the chaos. I find it helpful in business and parenting. My hope is that is adds value to your life as well.

I'd buy a lottery ticket and get rid of some of the other frustrations that might come my way. #justsaying
