There are currently only 2 plots of land for sale that are less than 1 acre in all of Albemarle County, Virginia. 😳 Think about that, friends. 🤯 We will see very little new construction in Albemarle County moving forward. 🏠 Furthermore, Charlottesville City Council will approve upzoning in nearly full capacity in the next few months. By finding sub-markets that most closely resemble the overall metro, we can follow these more closely to gain insights that may be applicable to Denver at large. Top 5 most representative zip codes in 2023 include: 1. Wheat Ridge: $650K detached median price, $420K attached median price, 30% of home sales are attached 2. Columbine (Littleton): $651K detached median price, $399K attached median price, 37% of home sales are attached 3. Ralston Valley, Alta Vista (Arvada): $639K detached median price, $448K attached median price, 20% of home sales are attached 4. Marston, Bow Mar, Governors Ranch (Littleton): $671K detached median price, $407K attached median price, 39% of home sales are attached 5.
