The most interesting thing in AI Recruitment: Deep Learning careers - a guide to becoming a specialist! Deep Learning is a highly specialised field of AI and it’s also growing quite considerably in popularity amongst companies who are hiring in AI! Becoming a deep learning specialist involves mastering advanced mathematics, programming, and cloud computing. Key mathematical concepts include linear algebra, calculus, and statistics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++ is essential, along with familiarity with libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. My advice on how to become a specialist in Deep Learning: 1. Open-Source Contributions: Engaging in open-source projects can provide practical experience and visibility in the AI community. 2. Cloud Proficiency: Mastering cloud technologies like AWS, containerisation, and high-core GPU programming can set candidates apart. 3. Continual Learning: The fast-paced nature of AI necessitates ongoing education and adaptation to new tools and techniques. 4. Interdisciplinary Skills: Combining knowledge from different domains (e.g., data science and cloud computing) can enhance problem-solving abilities. 5. Networking and Internships: Building a professional network and gaining practical experience through internships can provide valuable career opportunities. What do you think? Thanks for everything and see you at work! ❤️ Chris Digitalent - AI & Machine Learning Recruitment

Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of AI? We are hiring for a Data & AI engineer position at Nexplore AG and received many applications. But what is important to us? Experience - Which technologies have you been using? What frameworks, what languages, and at what level? - You should have real project experience. Theoretical education and a learning path are the baseline. - What exactly have you done in the project? Did you just work on the project, or did you discuss and decide on key elements of the architecture? Education - Do not exaggerate: Have you finished your BSc or MSc and are you an expert in the latest frameworks with 5 stars or 100%? If you have taken three internships, you are not a master of the technology. Neither am I. - Do you need to have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or even a PhD? From my personal experience, none is a necessity. There are great people with open minds who are excellent engineers. On the other hand, a PhD with a 10+ year study background - without any practical experience - might be very challenged by the first real project. A BSc with 5 years of work experience is in a better position. Mindset - Be honest. If there are gaps in your CV, discuss them openly. If there were problems in your last job and you received notice, I would expect a brief explanation as to why. - Be open-minded. The field of AI is just exploding. Stay curious, hungry, and keep on learning. - Be a team player. We at Nexplore AG are working together. There is no personal bonus. We win together, and we are fighting together for our customers and to finish the assignments and tasks we agreed to take on. TLDNR For me, it is important to understand where you stand. What is your experience? Who are you? What do you want in your professional life? Looking forward to your feedback: How does it feel on the other side of the table? I have been there myself nearly 2 years ago. Credits: Gpt4 for revising my text (content written by myself of course), Photo by Clem Onojeghuo on Unsplash

Dear LinkedIn community, I'm thrilled to share the results of my recent summer internship! Over the course of two and a half months, I had the incredible opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project. During this internship, I developed a Resume Information Extraction System using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning models, including the powerful BERT model. This project allows organizations to streamline the recruitment process by automatically extracting and analyzing key information from resumes. By harnessing the capabilities of NLP and machine learning, our solution not only saves time but also ensures a more thorough and unbiased evaluation of candidates. The predictive scores for candidates' experience and skills can significantly enhance the decision-making process in hiring. I want to express my deepest gratitude to my supervisor, Mohamed BEN ALI. whose mentorship and guidance were instrumental in the success of this project. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to 1waydev for providing me with this valuable learning experience. It's been a fantastic environment for personal and professional growth. If you're curious about the technical details or would like to learn more about my solution and how it can revolutionize the recruitment process, please feel free to reach out. I'm eager to share insights from this rewarding internship. This project has reaffirmed my belief in the power of technology and my ability to work independently, and I look forward to applying these skills to future endeavors. #Internship #NLP #MachineLearning #FineTuning #BERT #Recruitment #1WayDev #CareerGrowth #DataScience #AI

It's rare to get an actual person on the other end of your inquiry/order/complaint; been that way for a while. Are we becoming more efficient or are we losing the personal touch experience? Report: AI Could Replace Some Interns, New Grads But students can improve their hiring potential by learning new skills The increased use of ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace could reduce opportunities for students seeking internships or entry-level jobs, according to a new survey. And it may result in job loss for the workforce’s newest workers: 78 percent of hiring managers said AI use will lead to layoffs for recent graduates at their organizations.
