Well it's time you guys should concentrate on Lil bit customer support too it's been 3 months and the faulty product replacement is not done and all the emails are going unanswered and the customer support team has given a number (79754 70028) for escalation and this guys never picks up the call after 5 times trying he picks up and told there is some one I need to call and he will send the number 4 days over never got the number. The worst ever support

TTK Prestige Ltd it is very disappointed that i am using your hybrid stove. I have lodged complaint 6 months back and still not resolved yet. After visiting your service person in February named Rajiv in HP he never came back as he did't have spare part that time. Now the situation is that i every and then make him call and he give excuse every time. TTK Prestige Ltd it was wrost experience with prestige service centre Saibaba Temple,Sampige Road , above cafe coffee Day Bangalore. The Prem Kumar technician is very rude I just I asked did my cookup is ready . He replied with very rude you will get call until don’t come to her team prestige please give him training how to talk to customer

I have also purchased gas stove of which burner itself is melted and company is only providing burner replacement instead of entire has stove replacement.... using the older gas stove is so risky as burner get melted....TTK Prestige Ltd could you please replace my gas stove .
