Hello! I'm Maria Bukhtoiarova, Head of Tender Projects at Truman. My journey in communications and Government Relations began in 2020. Even as a student majoring in International Relations, I dreamed of working in this field, although I didn't fully grasp what it entailed 😊️ Over the past 4 years, I have managed 15 completely different projects — from crisis communications for a European pharmaceutical giant to GR support for a global leader in radiology. At Truman, I found the perfect combination of everything an ambitious communicator could wish for — cool socially impactful projects, an incredible corporate culture — I truly adore and am inspired by the people I work with, and opportunities for growth. After almost a year as a Project Manager for a major reputational project, I transitioned to the role of Head of Tender Projects. Tenders are a separate direction at Truman, expertly led by Victoria Dubiv. In its 2 years of existence, I have collaborated with international partners such as USAID, UN Women in Ukraine, and Chemonics. Currently, a separate Business Unit for tenders is being built to implement even more projects that will make our country stronger.
