Found this HBR article on talent retention to be highly informative and resourceful.One of the tactics the author suggests for retention is ‘strength spotting’: strength-based feedback such as ‘’I see you at your best when…” And I think that’s such a superb and sincere guided approach to growth and honing in on one’s skill.
