We’re part of the inventorship of the change, which just completely changes our willingness to adopt. Codesign shows up a lot." Codesign is something I use often to help with stakeholder buy-in during the innovation management stage. What I've learned is that coinvention will prevent blockers or resistance later on in the process. Everyone feels like they own a piece of the new idea AND everyone is aligned on the elevator pitch and vision as we go "sell" the idea. Innovation management methodologies are a critical component to projects and can help save time and reduce blockers during the project management phase.

Well worth a listen ...THE brochure debate goes on. After listening to this episode of the kbbreview by Andrew Davies I think it does depend on the customer requirements and needs for each individual showroom. I can honestly say BROCHURES are an integral part of our everyday interaction with customers. Every brochure is branded with the CPS BATHROOM SHOWROOM label which I think keeps that connection with our customers once they leave the showroom. Quite often we would have customers return with notes and specific pages marked in the brochures which would lead you to believe that they have taken the time to study them, alot will also use them as reference when it comes to quotations. Each week as part of our showroom housekeeping we a brochure sweep to make sure we are fully stocked. So if you have read all of the above you will know that at CPS BATHROOM SHOWROOM we do believe the BROCHURE is an extremely important everyday showroom tool. What's your thoughts ??
