2wCongrats on your launch, but are you seriously going to charge PATIENTS for their own records, if you can’t monetize their data in one of your trials? Then upsell them on 1. A subscription plan 2. A cash only telemedicine service that comes nowhere near the level of care they are already receiving from their providers (assuming the records you’ve mined are even halfway decent). It’s very likely that their doctor already provides that same telemed service. 3. Phase 3, presumably… sell this to naive doctors, when TEFCA is already the law of the land, and pretty much everything is already available and residing in one or more of the top 4-5 EHR’s… which they are already paying for? FYI… GPT4o can already ingest an unstructured medical record pdf and convert it to a PERFECT -FHIR -HL7 -CCDA With -the simplest of prompts, and -zero fine tuning -zero proprietary datasets -zero fee
