And with it comes sunnier days with extended hours to expose your body's largest organ - our skin - the sun's UV rays.   Here are a few tips to minimize your sun exposure and keep your skin in tip top shape. TCMC ICU Nurse Angie Perez and TCMC Patient Ken Moran were at Fox 5 studios sharing with their viewers the importance of being trained in Hands-Only CPR (no breathing required!) Ken's life was saved when members of his country club jumped in to quickly perform Hands-Only CPR when he had a cardiac arrest. TCMC doctors and nurses volunteered to teach this life-saving technique to Ken's friends at El Camino Country Club over the weekend.
