They are building new channels targeting new areas with a complete mindset shift. Here's how their strategy should impact yours in 2024 Why focusing on the top is a dying artform! 1. Everyone is bloody doing it! Being Smart is knowing where to fish, and being wise is knowing if everyone is fishing there, the fish won't be there for long. Competition is fierce and only the very best programs, brands and salespeople will win 2. SMB is an untapped resource I wrote a post a couple of months ago analyzing that Cisco values the SMB market as a 25B market potential for them. As part of an organization like Wilmac Technologies I have had an opportunity to work with dozens of orgs on the partner side. Our industry in moving from on-prem, where the Partners' value is clearly defined, to SaaS where channels are still figuring things out can be a tricky thing to navigate.
