If I were a 20-26 yr old SDR and were connected with you I would: 1. Reach out to you. 2. Negotiate a deal (work for pennies if needed) to learn how to set appointments for you at your family biz. 3. Grind. Grind. Grind. Prove and weasel my way into your success. All because I KNOW you are going places and by getting on your train, it would lead to my success. Getting close to you and staying there, is a path for real success. There are people you see over time that have consistent attributes of high performers and you are one of them.
