I am thrilled to have been a speaker at The Creative Ladder 2024 DC event last week! I had the privilege of discussing effective strategies for navigating challenging workplace conversations. I highlighted how emphasizing the transformative power of vulnerability, the strength of empathy, and the impact of one's voice can turn every dialogue into an opportunity for progress. A huge thank you to Dionna Dorsey and The Creative Ladder team for orchestrating such an inspiring day, the local creative community for their engagement, and my Hilton colleagues, Micky Thakkar and Gino Abbate, for their leadership in supporting this event.
