First is ensuring your new investors understand and value your company culture. Second is the cultural fit between the CEO/Owners/Exec Team and the new board members. 📈 Alignment on the growth plans and sharing realistic projections helps build trust. There needs to be constant communication and collaboration to refine your plans on the way. ✅ Why Vista? A great question from the audience. I spent the time to research their model and talk to current CEO’s in advance. I loved that they only invest in software companies, foster collaboration and events in the ecosystem and have a consulting group of experts to help us adopt best practices to support our growth. 👉 Take the time to find the right group of advisor.
