Looking for a highly motivated M&A Business Developer UK & Ireland As an M&A Business Developer, you will contribute to the pre-acquisition business activities in order to grow our company portfolio. You will represent the first contact in the M&A acquisition process: You find and reach out to companies in the software sector. You will search, identify, and contact valuable M&A prospects (who have built an attractive business) to increase the M&A pipeline for the long term. You have the opportunity to converse with experienced entrepreneurs, and you will deepen your knowledge of the (M&A) business in different markets and cultures. Activities will include initiating contact (via email, phone/video call, or otherwise) with potential targets, as well as supporting target account management in order to ensure the market is sufficiently covered. Together with your M&A team members, you will map and analyse the vertical market software sectors in the UK and Ireland. In close cooperation with the Business Development Director (and the executive who will be responsible for the target company after acquisition), you will build relationships with the prospects. You are also part of a broader TSS international M&A network. Interested? Curious? Want to know more? Please click here for more information: https://lnkd.in/e6cMQr8c. Our Story.... Skill Dynamix is a company built on relationships. The company was founded when I was working as a contract sales representative for a custom software company in the United States. The company was having trouble recruiting developers and I was living in Tirana, Albania at the time. I started asking my friends and contacts about developers and I began meeting people with outstanding skills and incredibly positive attitudes. We formed a company in the US and one in Albania and we began. Over the next 2 years we provided developers for a handful of companies, in the US, that I had existing relationships with. We grew slowly, and worked out our processes. We cultivated relationships with developers, designers and other skilled professionals around the world. We learned that the cultural match can be just as important as the skillset. We learned how to rapidly match skills and needs. We learned how to match values and priorities. As our customers’ trust in Skill Dynamix grew, a few began to ask for other, higher level services. Skill Dynamix began offering consulting and advisory services. Initially we relied on our internal team’s expertise, but inevitably, we received requests that were outside of our expertise and capabilities. We found a reliable source of experienced, successful professionals eager to share their expertise. We found them in our customers and former customers! Today, Skill Dynamix is ready to offer our services on a wider scale. We are looking to cultivate new relationships with new customers. Skill Dynamix can augment your team with highly skilled offshore talent at a lower cost and lesser commitment. Skill Dynamix can assess, document and improve your processes. Skill Dynamix can integrate your existing systems and suggest or even create new solutions that will maximize efficiency and productivity. Skill Dynamix can provide consultants and advisors with experience and insight in nearly any field. Our Social Dynamix division offers a highly skilled, experienced social media management team at an affordable price. Our Sales Dynamix division offers Business Development consulting and sales talent. Whether you need just a plan, a single SDR, BDR or Account Executive, or an entire, fully trained cohesive team, Skill Dynamix can resolve your sales issues, and drive revenue. It all starts with a conversation. If you believe that Skill Dynamix can help your organization; Lets Talk! We will sign your NDA. There is no obligation and no cost. My next chapter is beginning. My year contract with Google Maps opened my eyes to the needs of SMBs around the world. After taking some time off, I began to think about how we could best serve smaller businesses. I talked to a lot of people, asked a lot of questions, and heard a lot of stories about the triumphs and heartaches of small business owners. We have expanded the services offered, and we are positioned to make high level services available to companies of any size. #smb #outsourcing #sales #socialmediamanagement #consulting #advisory #developersondemand

Partnerships Manager | B2B Saas Sales and Marketing Business Enabler | Multi-passionate Technology Enthusiast
This is how I track my partner recruitment efforts and results (I can hear Greg Portnoy saying "track everything" right now) I have a spreadsheet with: 🫶🏼 All the IPP potential fitting names 🖥️ The LinkedIn profiles of the people I believe are the right contacts; 🌍 Region ❓ Partner Type Recruiting Partners is the activity that follows the definition of the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP). I spoke about how I identify IPPs a few weeks ago. Recruiting partners is very similar to the process that a Business Development Rep does with prospective clients: They would contact prospects and push them through a funnel to then convert them to SQL and eventually paying customers. The difference with partners is that the conversion is to a signed partner. I've had the pleasure of being a BDR in my past life (thanks Chris Galvin and Mark Mirsky for the opportunities back in the days) and I am bringing this experience to partnerland now. Once I have the spreadsheet filled with data, I start my contacting activity and I keep track of goal vs actual for: 💬 Number of Potential Partners contacted 📆 Number of Meetings scheduled ✍🏼 Number of NDAs signed (one of the leading indicators of interest, especially in more structured orgs) ✌🏼 Number of Partners signed For the goal I assumed that for every 1 partner signed I had to contact 15. I was wrong, it turned out to be 1 every ~9. How can I improve this? how would you do it differently? Challenge my method! #partnerships #scaleup #bdr Partnership Leaders

#PakistaniSoftwareCompanies Understanding the Role of Business Development in Software Companies Business Development (BD) teams play a crucial role in software companies, often tasked with generating and nurturing leads, building relationships, and expanding the company's client base. Contrary to common misconceptions, BD is not solely about closing deals immediately; it's about building pipelines and laying the groundwork for future growth and success. The BD Process: Building for the Future BD professionals need time to cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and position the company's solutions effectively. This process involves: Research and Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and understanding their business challenges. Relationship Building: Establishing trust and rapport through meaningful engagements and consultations. Solution Tailoring: Customizing proposals and solutions to address specific client pain points and objectives. Pipeline Development: Continuously nurturing leads and opportunities to move them through the sales funnel. Long-term Vision: Strategizing and forecasting market trends to align the company's offerings with future client needs. Supporting Business Development Teams It's essential to recognize that BD professionals are not just focused on immediate sales but are crucial architects of the company's future growth. They require support, understanding, and acknowledgment of the time-intensive nature of their work: Patience and Strategy: Building sustainable client relationships takes time and strategic planning. Market Education: Educating stakeholders about the BD process helps set realistic expectations and foster a supportive environment. Empowerment: Providing BD teams with the tools, resources, and autonomy to innovate and explore new opportunities.
