Total Specific Solutions ("TSS") has acquired the Dutch software company eLoo B.V. ("eLoo.") TSS has software companies that focus on the educational vertical in Portugal, Sweden, Germany, France, and Poland.   eLoo is one of the market leaders in quality development in the Dutch educational sector. The eLoo platform consists of modules for lesson observations, professional development, school surveys, and an analysis module for all the data.   Abdelmoula Salah, General Manager at TSS, said: "We are proud to welcome eLoo to TSS.
