A: Wanting to be the motivation for others. Representation is something I take great pride in with my career at TQL. I am fighting for the ones who may not have the experience but have the right mindset, the right attitude and the willingness to achieve their goals. Q: Share your story of how you became successful at TQL. A: Prior to TQL, I spent roughly 10 years in the retail industry. I had no sales experience, but I had grit. I was ready for an opportunity, and I didn't waste any time when it was my turn. I developed mentorships, networked within the company and allowed myself to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Q: What motivates or inspires you? A: I’m inspired by seeing new sales reps continue to reach new heights and our company reaching new milestones. I remember when I started in an office a quarter the size of the office I now manage. The opportunities here are real and having a hand in that drives me every day. Q: What is the best career advice you’ve received and given? A: Do not be scared to put yourself out there. Make connections, build new relationships and trust the process. Growth takes time, so start now.
