I am transfixed by this article. It's beautifully written and full of anecdotal knowledge that spans my experience in tiptoeing and exploring the blurred line between the natural and built worlds daily! I'm inspired to better understand the menace of the PNW- the Stellars Jay. One quote sums up this article and its accurate observation of our worlds interwoven spaces- "We stand in a glorious, tangled dissonance filled with love, intimacy, and confusion."

Ecclesiastes 10:7 reminds us of a significant truth. "I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth." This verse serves as a reminder that we have the potential and kingship to be who we truly are. We have the potential and power to be who we truly are, but sometimes we allow conditions and restrictions to rule over us. We become their slaves rather than rulers of our destiny. We forget our natural honor, and the once-vibrant thrones and palaces fall to pieces. It's critical to understand that we can reclaim our authority by refusing to let issues or wants to rule us. We unintentionally become their slaves when we give them control of the situation. Therefore, let's overcome these obstacles. With a little effort, we can break free from the chains that bind us and become the rulers of our destiny.
