3wA very important point, and crucial for the further growth and attractiveness of a company, is the extreme importance of leveraging this aspect. If we can solve these questions, I believe it always comes down to finding common ground. While cultural diversity is a starting point, we are naturally different because we come from various countries and cultures, and we speak different languages. However, when we have a conversation and define a common goal, we must engage with each other, pay attention to each other, and find commonalities that unite us. All large groups have always defined themselves through commonalities: common interests, common hobbies, common language, and so on. It's always about creating a sense of comfort and familiarity by finding common ground in every situation.
