Tony Ristovski’s Post

Do you run your team well? 🏃♂️ 3 lessons I learned as a founder—take note! I've been running NextGen since 2017, and I've made sure my team is well taken care of. If you want your team to excel, consider: 👨🏻💻Hire the right people: ⤷ It's not just about finding help. ⤷ Find people who are dedicated to client success and innovation. 🔊 Talk regularly: ⤷ Set regular meetings to talk. ⤷Include open-door policy to fuel collaboration and creativity. 📝Set goals: ⤷ Set SMART goals to keep that laser-focus. ⤷ Define goals, assign correctly and track. It's great being a leader. It's even better to lead a great team! P.S. What can you add to the list? _______________________________ ✨ Hi, I’m Tony, and I scale your Accounting Practice with my Off-Shore team! ⭐ Book a 1:1 here ⟶ https://lnkd.in/eHFsj99U #accounting #offshoring #accountant #business

I completely agree with you, Tony. Everything rises and falls with the quality of the team. If you have followers, you'll achieve mediocre results. If you have passionate fighters and big visionaries, then your business will automatically develop. During my startup days, investors focused more on the composition of the core team and the founders rather than the actual content or topic of the startup. They knew that the offer and the product would change over time, but it can only be good if the quality of the team is good. From my experience, teams need trust, and you have to make them feel that trust, along with giving them freedom. With that in place, a lot of things will work very well.

I'd like to add in that you can always make sure to 🧠 Empower Decision-Making: Trust your team with responsibilities and decision-making power and allow autonomy to boost confidence and innovation.

Tony Ristovski I think while hiring the right people is absolutely necessary, it is also important to ensure you keep them motivated so they stick around in the long run.
