According to Cledara data, among venture-backed technology companies, Intercom led the way with 15.3% market share, compared to Zendesk's 13.4%. Not only is Intercom the leader, they're able to charge their customers a LOT more than Zendesk. Intercom, on average generates 107% more revenue from a customer than the average Zendesk customer.
