Recruiting Salespeople & Commercial Leaders in the Life Sciences Outsourcing Sector

The cost of hiring a poor salesperson can be up to 25x that person's salary for the company that hired them. There's the obvious direct costs in compensation, recruitment fees, and operational spend of running a salesperson. The real costs that make up that multiplier, though, are harder to calculate: * Time spent interview, onboarding and training * Opportunity cost - are they burning leads that otherwise would have closed? * Damage to relationships with existing clients * Effect on the morale and performance of other team members So, when you hire a great salesperson - here's a reminder to make sure you make them feel valued!

Insightful post! It’s so true that the cost of hiring poorly extends beyond direct expenses. Investing in the right talent means investing in the company's future. - Aristotle said, Quality is not an act, it is a habit. Let's focus on building quality teams! 🚀🙌
