I recently watched an insightful video from Chirantan "CJ" Desai, President and COO of ServiceNow, where he spoke at Sequoia Capital's AI Ascent conference. Here are a few learnings that can be applied by companies selling products at the bleeding edge of technology: 🎯 Keep your GTM laser-focused on the buyer 🎯 Before creating any product, they make sure they have answers to these questions. - Who is the buyer? - Do we have access to this buyer? Is he next door or 2 doors down or 5 doors down? - Will current buyer introduce us to this new buyer? 🤝 Outcome-based selling > AI-based selling 🤝 The ServiceNow team focuses on deeply understanding specific use cases of their buyers and how AI can accelerate these use cases. This allows them to confidently approach industry leaders and demonstrate how ServiceNow can accelerate their goals.
