Modest or Narcissist? I am sure we all like modest people more than Narcissists. But studies have shown that these day narcissistic people are on a high. The most successful people, leaders are narcissists. Especially in a corporate set up. Is it because of our ignorance to identify true talent? Ignorance to identify most genuine people? New diaries open in December, YET 99% of people don't achieve their resolutions. (Avoid falling into this TRAP.) That's a silent symptom of procrastination. 👉 Even if you're a thriving leader, only resolutions will not direct you to succeed in life and leadership. Firstly, resolve within yourself what's directing you to do in this new year. Self-reflect and ask yourself: 1. What am I going to achieve by this? 2. How is it going to transform my identity and position? 3. How does it support my values, beliefs, and faith? 4. How is it nourishing my environment? 5. How is it aligned with the purpose of my life? If your resolution answers this, I guarantee you - you will not need any resolution; you will just be doing it. In the future, you'll master your life, not only work. Why Questions become a threat? People have all answers but if you Question they are left with no answer. Why ? ....Becoz they were never trained to question to find their own answers so they have all borrowed answers based on popular beliefs. No wonder we get into a Herd mentality becoz it feels safe to have same answers. Those who speak their mind or raise voice feel like a threat to a created system. We lack Independent Thinking minds. We generate Mediocre minds. We have mugged up Facts but no Reasoning power. We remain Mediocre, and a mediocre mind puts others on pedestal, become fans of celebs and leaders who appear larger than life, become sycophants. Hero Worship becomes their goal becoz the minds have No Questions. Is this a sign of a Growing society? PS - People's growth is not measured in trillions. ⚘️⚘️⚘️
