I am pleased to announce that I am going to stay on with Marquette University in a Senior Advisor role with a focus on corporate engagement with the Office of University Relations. The role is part-time and will begin on July 1 once my tenure as Dean of our College of Business has concluded. I have been fortunate to build a lot of great industry relationships over the course of a career that has spanned more than four decades. When I initially came on board with Marquette as an executive in residence, the idea was to leverage those relationships to add value to the College of Business. This new role will allow me to focus on that initial vision. I am looking forward to more deeply engaging with our corporate partners on how tighter synergy with Marquette can aid experiential learning, faculty research and student career outcomes for mutual benefit. Forming new industry partnerships and deepening existing ones were two of my major priorities during my tenure as our Dean, and I am excited to continue to scale that mission. This role will allow me to continue to work closely with many of our leaders here, both in the College of Business and more broadly across the University. Within the Office of University Relations, I will team with Ralph Weber, Carmel Ruffolo and John Knapp, among others. I look forward to supporting their ongoing initiatives in any way I can and helping to continue to grow our engagement with our corporate partners. After four years in a leadership position at Marquette, I can say with certainty there is no better time to be partnering with this institution. If you see a way that your organization and our faculty, staff and students can work together, I encourage you to reach out to me. I would love to speak with you. I am grateful to Marquette for this new opportunity and am excited to get to work.

1wHi Tim- Congratulations on all of your success. It seems like yesterday that we were teammates in the "Big 8" basketball league (that certainly dates us). All the best to you and yours. --Jim
