I have thought a lot about #Curiosity for many years well before the resurgence of #AI and #GenAI. It’s the reason why it’s one of the core values Genpact. The real superpower will be combination of AI and a very curious human or teams of humans who can Explore the “ unknown unknowns “ , establish new connections in tbd network, create new patterns where none exist while AI will help them Exploit past patterns and optimize all past knowledge! It’s a combination that can solve bigger problems faster abd cheaper and create more human prosperity ! MathCo Jabil Boston Consulting Group (BCG) HTEC

Very well said! I completely agree. Nowadays, because of GenAI, how we frame questions has become far more important. The precision and clarity in our queries can significantly influence the quality of responses we receive.

I am so grateful for the time I had at Genpact. Curiosity is equivalent to enthusiasm and it’s a driving force to arrive at the best solutions for any kind of problems. Thanks to the great leadership team we have at Genpact. I still remember the days when Warun used to share his stories from his days working for Indian army and used to connect it to the values of the company. He also used to show great video clips at offsite meetings. Thanks Tiger for the post :)
We will make a future which creates a boundary with the past .. same like which the past has with its past.. it is easy to determine the world has lost something and we make a new move to add something in it.
The synergy between #AI and human #curiosity is transformative. While AI excels at leveraging past data, it's the curious human mind that explores the unknown and uncovers new patterns. This combination is indeed powerful in solving complex problems efficiently and driving innovation. #WNS
More jobs will come is GenAI on wrong hands now even companies will be no where if they see only one side with short term goals
I really liked your post about the importance of curiosity and AI. Your insight on exploring the "unknown unknowns" is inspiring. Keep up the great work, Tiger Tyagarajan!

1wSir, while asking the "right questions" has always been a great leadership trait for so many years, however, the AI is now disrupting even this too by prompting the questions. Whether those questions are right or not, its for us to determine and that's where human intelligence still scores over AI.
