I believe music is just a vessel into other opportunities. Sync, merchandise, touring, and etc. Let's be frank. Many of our favorite musicians and artists make the bulk of their money outside of music. This is something I think we as independents need to think about. Whether you end up making $60k a year on a selling brand merch or have a few hundred people subscribed to your $5 Patreon. There are opportunities for us to market music in different ways but also tap into different areas. Music is a product.
