In our roles as HR Professionals, we hold immense power to shape the trajectories of individuals within our organizations. Today, let's talk about the transformative impact of training managers to support employees before resorting to termination. It's easy to fall into the trap of seeing termination as the quick fix for performance issues. But what if we shifted our focus?
