Inspired with this post from Russell Brunson, it made me wonder what advice will I give to my 20-year old self 🤔 Embrace microlearning. Traditional learning methods often fall short because they demand too much time and can be overwhelming. Microlearning is a revolutionary approach that breaks down complex topics into bite-sized, easily digestible chunks. Over time, these small increments of learning add up, leading to significant professional growth. When I was 20, I spent countless hours trying to master everything at once. If only I had known that learning could be more efficient and effective with microlearning, I could have saved so much time and stress. So, now I incorporate microlearning as part of my daily routine. You'll be amazed at how much you can grow professionally and personally with just a few minutes each day. What’s one topic you wish you could master in just a few minutes a day? #Microlearning #ProfessionalGrowth #Efficiency
If I could go back in time and meet my 20-year-old self, here's what I'd say. 👇 What would you tell yours?

5 years ago I was 15, in year 10 learning the content for my GCSEs with absolutely no idea that covid was going to disrupt what was the only thing I was working towards at the time. 🙃 A year later the pandemic stopped me doing those all important "life determining" exams. At that time I was worried that all people would think about for the class of 2020 was that we didn't earn our GCSEs we got given them. That caused a lot of academic stress, and made me put a lot of pressure on myself to really earn the grades I got following my GCSEs. Now 5 years later I'm finishing my second year at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University and preparing to go on placement with Pirelli as a Moto Marketing Assistant 🏍. If you told 15/ 16 year old me that's what I would be doing, she probably would have laughed in your face, and to be honest I still don't believe that's where I will be spending the next year. Whilst the hard work definitely paid off, I do know that I put myself under heaps of pressure to achieve what I have. Moving forward I'm trying to reduce that pressure and be happy with my achievements. So that in 5 years time I can look back and be proud of what I have achieved academically, professionally, and personally. 📚 I wonder what the next 5 years of my life will look like. I will be 25 years old, graduated, fully emersed in the working world. I have no idea where I will be but I look forward to documenting my little journey on here to share with you all. My final message for this post is. As Steven Bartlett said, you 5 years ago only dreamed of where you are today. Embrace the unexpected, celebrate your achievements, and the wins in life. The world can change at the drop of a hat. It's what you make of that change that determines your success. I could have let the fact that I didn't do my GCSEs prevent me from moving forward, but I didn't and look where I am now. Let's see where the next 5 years takes us! 🌟 #change #embracechange #ntu #University #undergraduate #5yearsago #marketing #gcses
