One of our clients was granted a bond by his immigration judge on Tuesday, allowing him to leave the detention center where he's been housed for the last two years. The fact that he's still in the U.S. (and not back in Mexico) is the result a long-running joint effort between our students (Joshua Patton, Andrew Haygood, and Kendra Õiglane) and the Alameda County (CA) Public Defenders. Nice work by all.
