Coming into the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the big moments of 2023 and one of the most noteworthy has been my experience at this year’s Insight Solutions & #SalesLeadership meeting in Las Vegas. A standout moment for me at the event was the Energizer activity on our second day of the summit, where we experienced the principle of being an #IdeaChampion in action. The activity revolved around a simple game of rock paper scissors. It started out easy enough as a 1-on-1 match, but the magic happened not when you won but when you lost. When that occurred, you pivoted from the role of competitor to cheerleader. As teammates progressed, their “cheer squad” increased to the point where the entire conference room floor was cheering on two final contestants: Tim Rasmussen and Andy Dail. Watching my colleagues rally behind the two remaining players was truly awe-inspiring and set a tone for the remainder of the day and the summit. This was a symbolic moment for me as it represents how we should strive to conduct ourselves daily in the normal course of business. Each of us brings our best and brightest ideas to the table. We’re committed to them, and we want to see them succeed and drive the business forward, but at times, and sometimes often, our ideas aren’t what make the cut. What I learned is that even if our ideas aren’t what become the standard practice for our organization, as leaders we still have a pivotal role to play as we shift from “idea competitor” to “idea champion” by adopting the will of our leaders as our own and cheering it on to success. Very grateful for the investment that Insight made in this Leadership Summit and for the tremendous lessons I learned by being surrounded by such an incredible group of leaders. #IdeaChampion #Leadership #TeamBuilding

🌟 **Celebrating Go Beyond Forum LATAM!** 🌟 Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to host the **inaugural Go Beyond Forum LATAM**, bringing together leaders from across Latin America. 🌎🌟 🤝 **Go Beyond Forum Highlights:** - **Leaders Unite:** Our forum served as a powerful platform for leaders to connect, collaborate, learn and share insights. From Mexico to Argentina, our diverse community came together. - **Inspiring Sessions:** We delved into critical topics, including how important is to know our core fears in the persue of explore new things. We also had the pleasure to meet Vania Masias founder of D1 who shared how a clear vision with a purpose can achieve everything.
