Reencle is a home composter that is set to disrupt and upscale home composting with it’s trademarked microorganism that self-reproduces and helps to quickly break down food waste and scraps. 🍃 Unlike others on the market that simply dehydrate food waste, the composter by Reencle creates a 'nutrient-rich crumble' in as little as 24 hours, producing a garden-grade soil healthy enough to enrich existing soil and grow plants. 💸 Composters fueled by micro-organisms not only contribute to the vision of a greener future, but also changes how we perceive waste at home. Imagine a world where compost has a re-sale value, akin to selling back energy from solar panels. Could household food waste become the rich foundations for urban food production? 💡 Can you imagine if all home systems were designed to maximise the value of their waste? • This Signal of Change was discovered by our Innovation Designer, Denisse. • So, what do we mean by a Signal of Change? — In future thinking you might hear people talk about signals. At INDUSTRY of Us, we think of a Signal of Change as a novel, relevant and previously unforeseen innovation that indicates a potential future disruption whose impact is unpredictable but scalable. • #HereForInnovators #Insight #Innovation #Creative #Curious #Collaborative #DesignResearch #DesignThinking #CreativeFacilitation #SignalsOfChange #FutureVision #FutureThinking #Foresight #ScrapsToRiches #WasteFreeFuture #INDUSTRYofUs

Today is World Recycling Day! 🌍♻️ This is a moment that makes us reflect on our approach to ecology. Recycling is a powerful tool that can change the face of our world. For example, the process of recycling paper reduces the cutting of trees, which is of great importance for maintaining the balance of forest ecosystems and biodiversity. When it comes to responsible waste management, we are not neutral - on the contrary! The products we offer reflect our high environmental commitment: - EKO SACK paper sacks made from at least one layer of recycled paper are our answer to the growing demand for sustainable packaging, - HOT LOCK/EASY OPEN paper sacks, with their innovative closing/opening system, help reduce operating costs by reducing the use of additional materials and electricity. You can see for yourself that every gesture matters, so we encourage you to take an active role in protecting the environment. Check out our full range of ecological packaging and together with us create a better tomorrow for future generations. Ever toss something 'compostable' into the bin and wonder if it's just going on a round trip back to your shopping list instead of becoming one with Mother Earth? 🌎😅 Well, at HeyJute™, we're cutting the compost confusion. 🌿 Our vision is bold: to craft products that bypass the need for any waste management system altogether. Imagine using a product for decades, and then, instead of needing a facility to break it down, you simply return it to nature, where it enhances rather than burdens the environment. So what do we offer? Products made of Jute. A jute bag will last you a decade, at least. And when you're done with it (whenever that happens), you can just lay the fabric into the soil of your garden, or just return it to nature. Jute will decompose naturally and coalese with the soil and in fact promote further vegetative growth! No outside management system required. We also offer plates and bowls made of leaves and twings. Yes, that's right 100% leafs and twigs. Check out LilLeaf.net — an emblematic of our commitment to this vision. These products are a testament to the elegance and resilience of nature, designed to be reintegrated with the earth seamlessly, like a leaf falling to the ground. 🍃 When you're done with it, dispose of it as you would a leaf. At HeyJute, we go beyond creating recyclable items (recyling is a busted myth); we're pioneering a new era of innovation with products that enrich our ecosystems naturally. This is the HeyJute™ difference. #Sustainability #Innovation #HeyJute #EcoFriendlyLiving #WasteReduction #SalLeafSolutions #groceryinnovation #nogreewashing #greenwashing #homecompostable #compostablepackaging #composting #sustainableproducts #sustainableprocurement

If you’ve never composted before, we’ve got your ultimate guide right here! 🙌🏻 Our sustainable packaging is compostable, but what do you do with it when the package is empty? If you don’t have a reason to reuse it, it’s time to compost. Here’s a breakdown of the three options for composting: (Save this post for later!) 🏠 HOME Composting food scraps and other organic material (like our packaging!) using bins in backyards, balconies, or indoors - Connects people to local food and soil systems - Doesn’t require you to transport the waste anywhere - Conveniently located right in your home 👥 COMMUNITY From community gardens to small companies that collect and process the materials - Engages the local community - Builds local systems for managing waste - Controls the materials that are composted 🏢 COMMERCIAL Large facilities that have advanced equipment and technologies for composting - May require longer transportation time to reach facilities - Can process more material, such as large-scale amounts of food waste and packaging - Can use higher temperatures to break down more materials If we all work together to make our planet a better place, we can create a more sustainable future for everyone for years to come. Who’s with us? 🙋 Leave a comment below if you’re ready to join the eco-friendly packaging revolution! #wildkindpackaging #sustainablepackaging #ecofriendlypackaging #biodegradablepackaging

Composting at your workplace or commercial property requires properly sorting acceptable organic materials. To help ensure your compost stream stays contaminant-free, keep these key dos and don'ts in mind: Don't: Put plastic bags in your curbside bin. Do: USE your green bin! Don't: Compost shiny, heavily dyed paper/board Do: Freeze your scraps until collection day to reduce the 'ick' factor. Don't: ASSUME. Do: Ask Questions & check your hauler's specific guidelines! Proper sorting is crucial for a successful commercial composting program. At Waste Not Consulting, helping you implement streamlined systems is our specialty. LanzaJet is committed to sustainability, not just in our ethanol-to-SAF technology process, but also in our office practices. That’s why we’re proud of our office composting program, a simple yet impactful initiative that aligns perfectly with our mission at LanzaJet. Each week, our dedicated team collects organic waste from our kitchen compost bin and our colleague Brett King takes it home to add to a managed compost pile. There, it’s carefully tended—turned regularly and balanced with yard waste–to maintain optimal decomposition conditions. After a year, this nutrient-rich compost is used to enrich the soil in Brett’s garden, closing the loop on our organic waste. By composting, we can lessen our carbon footprint and also support soil health and biodiversity in local gardens. Join us as we continue to find innovative ways to contribute to a more sustainable world. #SAF #EarthDay #composting #ecofriendly #zerowaste #recycle #environment #sustainability #EverydayIsEarthDay #SomedayIsNow

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: - Made from materials that are not eco-friendly - Have a limited durability and need to be replaced often, creating more waste - Are inefficient in their use of resources 🌱 𝐄𝐜𝐨-𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫: - Made from recycled paper embedded with seeds in cover - Reduces the amount of waste created from paper - Unique way for users to plant and manage their days and become zero waste by year end ✅ Once the planner is used up, it can be planted in the ground and the flowers or fruits & vegetables will grow. ➡️ This reduces the amount of paper waste created from traditional paper planners and helps to reduce air pollution and attract beneficial pollinators to your garden. #Ecobee #EcoFriendlyPlanners #SustainablePlanners #GreenPlanners #RecycledPaperPlanners #ZeroWastePlanners #EnvironmentallyFriendlyPlanners #EthicalStationery #EarthFriendlyPlanners #SustainableLiving #ConsciousConsumer #GreenOfficeSupplies #EcoPlannerDesign #GreenStationery #EcoOffice #PlannerAddict
