SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (Green Field Implementation)Job Description:Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with expertise in Greenfield implementation and transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using the SAP Activate Methodology. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the migration project, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.Key Responsibilities:1.Project Planning and Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using Greenfield implementation.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals and objectives.Establish project governance structure, roles/responsibilities, and communication protocols to ensure effective project management.2.Team Leadership and Management:Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, technical experts, and business stakeholders.Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.3.Green Field Data Loads:Oversee all aspects of the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading using DS/ETL.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions during migration.4.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT management, and project sponsors.Provide regular updates, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.Proactively address stakeholder concerns and expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the migration process.5.Quality Assurance and Risk Management:Implement quality assurance processes and controls to ensure the successful delivery of the migration project within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop proactive mitigation strategies.Conduct regular reviews and audits of project activities to monitor progress and address any deviations from the project plan.6.Change Management and Training:Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA and minimize resistance to change.Plan and coordinate training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users on the new system and processes.
