As grateful Earthlings, we showed our planet a little extra love this #EarthDay by volunteering with Eco-Cycle – a pioneer in resource #conservation.   ♻️ From touring their Center for Hard-to-Recycle Materials to sorting 📚 books for their Children’s Used Book Project, it was a treat to work with a nonprofit of their caliber and support such meaningful conservation efforts.   Thank you for having us, Eco-Cycle!

We were honored to be featured in a panel at Natural Products Expo West about the advantages of working WITH competitors to establish industry-level data on measuring herbal greenhouse gas emissions. 🌎   💛 This coalition, facilitated by the Sustainable Herbs Program includes brands we deeply admire like Banyan Botanicals, Pukka Herbs, Traditional Medicinals, Yogi, Pacific Botanicals, and Nature's Sunshine.   🌱 Together, we’ve been able to pool our resources and gather data for over 20 priority herbs (which is otherwise an extremely challenging and costly endeavor), with the ultimate goal of creating a scalable and standardized model for measuring herbal emissions across the industry.   👉 To overcome systemic challenges like greenhouse gas emissions, we NEED one another. And this group is a testimony to what’s possible when we come together.   #NPEW2024
