Summit Academy students came dressed in their best to celebrate at prom last month. They had a blast listening to music, dancing, and taking photos at the neon lights-themed event. Today is the 1st March which means we have two celebrations! We are celebrating Saint David, who is the patron saint of Wales. In Wales they mark the day by wearing either a leek or daffodil. There are concerts celebrating the Welsh love of song and music. As part of his final sermon he said: "Be joyful, keep the faith, and do the little things that you have heard and seen me do." "Gwnewch y pethau bychain/Do the little things." is a well known phrase. Which holds true to the HOPE protocol I developed. It is also National Peanut Butter Lovers Day!
