So excited to have my work (tangentially) blogged by Yanko Design! Always cool to see designs cross the LEGO/toy boundary into the industrial design sphere. I had the privilege on working on these two LEGO Botanics sets, 10368 Chrysanthemum and 10369 Plum Blossom last year and I'm so excited to share them! Both feature lots of unusual pieces in new colors, and have some fun building techniques to keep the experience fresh. As with any LEGO product, it takes a village to develop a set but special credit goes to ZiO Chao for the excellent concept that we built on to create these products! #design #industrialdesign #lego #productdesign

Excited to announce as of May 1st I've been promoted to Senior Designer at The LEGO Group! It's been a fantastic journey so far and I'm excited to continue building my career brick by brick. Thanks to everyone who's helped me get here, from mentors to friends who’ve supported and taught me along the way :) Figured I'd build something to celebrate blasting off into a new role! ;)

I'm so excited to finally share LEGO Dreamzzz, a project years in the making! Between early 2020 and late 2022, I was a designer working on LEGO's next big IP. Seeing the concept evolve over that time has been a wild journey and I think we've landed on a really great experience for kids of any age. So excited to share two new sets I designed for the next generation of LEGO Friends that launched January 1st! I had to opportunity to go outside my comfort zone of action toys and design play experiences with a focus on storytelling and characters. I'm super happy with how these two sets came out, being able to tap into my love of Polly Pocket style opening play spaces in the Dog Rescue Van and PC gaming with Nova's awesome bedroom! Thanks go to the amazing team that it takes to make a model a reality, extra credit goes to Ioana Popescu for bringing the model and characters to life with her graphic design skills. So excited for the new generation of LEGO Friends! I had the privilege of designing two of the sets coming with this new wave in January, and seeing all the incredible thought and care that went into creating a fresh redesign of the Friends characters and Heartlake City has been so inspiring. So happy for the team, which I'm happy to say I'm now a permanent part of!
