What is your mission? What are you aiming to accomplish? What partners have similar goals? And how can you work TOGETHER to go further? 2- Connection 🤝 You need to genuinely like the people you do business with. You don’t have to be best friends, but you do need to respect each other. The best partnerships are for the LONG HAUL. So who do you want to work with over time? 3- Success 🏆 What does success look and FEEL like for each partner? When you focus on THEIR success, it will lead to YOUR success. 4- Structure 🎯 Once you define success, get clear on how you will SEE success. What structures and KPIs will be in place to keep you on track to make sure you reach your goal?
