Loudjina embarked on her journey with us as an Assistant Administrator at The Bristal at Massapequa. With her dedication and exceptional performance, she was promoted to be Executive Director of The Bristal at North Hills. Her remarkable passion and dedication to both residents and team members have been truly inspiring. We can't wait to see what this next chapter has in store for her. Congratulations Loudjina!

We’re excited to announce that Biljana Nikolovski will be joining our team as our new Executive Director of The Bristal at Waldwick! Biljana brings with her many years of healthcare and assisted living experience. Her experience includes working as a Memory Care Coordinator and later as an Associate Executive Director. Biljana is known for her deep passion and respect for both residents and team members as she sees the community as her extended family.
