Harvard geneticist David Sinclair, who has said his “biological age” is roughly a decade younger than his actual one, has put forward his largely unlined face as a spokesman for the longevity movement. Then, in the eyes of many other scientists working to unlock the mysteries of aging, he went too far. 🔗https://trib.al/rBxV1RA

Frankly Dr Sinclair and some others are misguiding common man in consuming so called anti aging elixirs some of which are not validated by FDA. When I grew up in India I was fascinated by Western movies ( McKenna's Gold etc). For me America was a land of dreams. I stepped foot in Omaha in 1998... I spent almost 11 years in USA mostly in New York City. I had a dream life. I still remember Copacabana where I would dance all night.... USA is blessed with every ingredients necessary to live past 100 years. All you need to do is to play, sing, dance and enjoy life other than work. You don't need to pop in pills to be healthy. Just eat balanced food, do exercises and enjoy a good life. Here in India where pollution is significant and life is much more difficult than in USA people are living good life way past 85 or so... Americans should easily live past 100 years. Just don't drink soft drinks and junk food. Just unbelievable what an unhealthy life majority of Americans are accustomed to. Artist : Arnab

Dancing is one of the best thing for for anti aging. Atleast that is what keeps me fit and enjoy life to the fullest. Unfortunately the new generation in America knows very little dancing. Go and dance. For me it is more important to have a good life. I would rather live a full life for 75 years than just survive on pills for 90 years. I got hooked to dancing in America. Learned 8 dances. Dancing with a beautiful lady with a good sense of humor joyful attitude is one of the most memorable things in life. Thanks to God in New York I danced with many extraordinary ladies. Those golden moments... That's what is life.... Thank you America for teaching me what life is all about. Thank you America for teaching me dancing, art, music and everything which makes life worth living.

David Sinclair’s contributions to longevity research highlight both the potential and pitfalls of this exciting field. While his work has brought much-needed attention and investment, it also underscores the importance of maintaining rigorous scientific and ethical standards. Longevity research must be grounded in solid evidence and transparent practices to truly benefit society. We must avoid the trap of overpromising and ensure that advancements in this area are accessible to all, not just a wealthy few. By upholding these principles, we can unlock the true potential of longevity science and make meaningful strides toward extending healthy human lifespans.

I request these scientists to work on improving the quality of life in people of all strata and ages instead of working on an elixir for eternity...Most senior citizens above the "biological age" of 65 to 70 end up in the hospital due to a fall. After that, longevity doesn't matter...The individual will willingly accept death. Why don't you work on a therapy for cancer, depression, Alzheimer's disease, or osteoarthritis rather than making a billionaire an expensive lab rat?

Only Tom Cruise and Ralph Machio are 🧛♂️. Where you begin is more important to the validity of these claims. Meaning, if you worry for nothing and all your needs are met since childhood then people had a term for that in the unpolitical days. “Born on Third base.” Is this the case? IDK.

An endowed Harvard Medical School professor who convinced GSK- GlaxoSmithKline to invest $720 million in his anti-aging product is now being called a "snake oil salesman." A distinguished Harvard University Medical professor being labeled a snake oil salesman—who would have believed it? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-13290219/amp/david-sinclair-presidency-longevity-academy-pill-aging-dogs.html

David many of us had it when young. It is called a “baby face”! But the sad thing is you will lose it as you age and as a senior you can be bald and wrinkled just like other old men. So in high school it sucks because all of the hot girls think you look 👀 like an 8th grader 😬
