To whoever needs to hear this today: If you're waiting for a promotion or to be in a management position to start leading please start immediately - anyone can lead and be a leader. Leadership doesn't require a title or level within an organization. And to organizations out there: Start your leadership training & development immediately, start during the on-boarding process and in year 1. These people are capable of leading and ARE leading - the question is: which way are they leading?
