surround yourself with people who are better than you
I can resonate! I have this co worker that has really nice and strong voice or tonality whenever she explains something during the meeting and I always wanted to be like that, her voice has conviction and very strong that you'll be always attentive when she speaks. and the thing is when I once listened to her outbound calls, I was shock because she can make her voice sweet and very pleasant too. that was amazing I super like that skill. I came before her in our company and she was given a chance to have a higher position than me, I dont hate her for that I still study her the way she speaks hoping someday I can be like her. 😄
The best way to achieve success is to learn from success 💪🏻!
Better yet, they collaborate, support, and build with them. 💪🏼
Study them, sure, but above all, respect them, and if you get the chance to work with/for them, then even better, being coachable opens the floodgates to opportunity. 👍
smart people dont envy and hate but learn from smarter who inspires and motivates them to do better things in life
Understanding successes helps you replicate and build on them, while analyzing failures provides valuable lessons and opportunities for improvement. :-)
