Another post for this #socialsaturday is that I have found that people have told me that they have had trouble finding work even with a recruiter because they have not had any opportunities matching their title. What I have found in my career is that even though I have been a #projectmanagementprofessional, I also have been a #changemanager, #businessmanager, #projectcoordinator, #itanalyst, #infrastructuremanager, and a #governmentconsultant. I believe that it is not so much your title, but your experience, and it may help to work with your recruiter with this, a position may not have the exact title you've had in the past, but it may surprise you. When I was working with #exelon, the title was a project coordinator, but this was for a billion dollar project. The scale was massive compared to my previous work, so I talk about that experience more than the title itself, I hope this perspective may help someone who is struggling. #wecandothis
